Room and/or Event Scheduling

Registered parishioners in leadership positions may request permission to use the facilities for Church activities by completing the Scheduling Form to the left.

All requests are subject to approval and availability.

Spaces in the Basilica:
Main Vestibule	Small space generally used to promote parish or group events particularly during inclement weather. Allows for one folding table & several chairs.
Basilica	Special Masses & liturgical celebrations, concerts, etc., and must be sacred or otherwise appropriate. Will seat up to 500 people.
Laurentine Hall	Holds up to 115 seated, indoor bathrooms, kitchen.
Spaces in the Parish Office Building
Lower Conference Room	Located on the lower floor (basement) this area is accessed through the rear door facing the Marian Courtyard. Holds 30 - 45 people auditorium style; white board, small refrigerator, tables, chairs, piano. Access to restroom on same floor. Handicap accessible.
Main Conference Room	Main floor, holds up to 24 seated guests, large conference room table, access to kitchen and restroom on same floor.
Meeting Room D	Main floor, small meeting space; up to 10 people, table & chairs in fixed location, doubles as office hours reception area and bridal dressing room, access to kitchen and restroom on same floor.
Meeting Room E	Main floor, meeting space; up to 24 people auditorium style; access to kitchen and restroom on same floor.
Fireplace Room	Upper floor meeting space; 15 - 20 seated people auditorium style; white board, microwave, and access to restroom on main and lower floors.
Meeting Room B	Upper floor meeting space; 8 -10 people auditorium style or may be combined for use with adjacent Fireplace Room.
Outdoor Spaces
Main Courtyard	Large gathering space during optimal weather conditions with full sun and smaller shaded green space. Not available during weddings.
Marian Courtyard	Large green space during optimal weather, used for outdoor festivities and prayer gatherings.
