Offertory, Special, & Payments

• Offertory is the traditional way in which parishioners and visitors support the local church. Regardless of frequency, your offertory funds daily operation at the Basilica, parish activities, and community outreach progams. This also includes Holy Day contributions.
• Special includes annual diocesan 2nd collections and assessments
• Payments are typically one-time  fees or contributions designated for a specific purpose such as faith formation fees, Mass stipends, etc.

Offertory Envelopes
Parishioners who wish to use a more traditional method of giving may prefer offertory envelopes. Envelopes are provided to registered parishioners and are requested at the time of registration or by calling the parish office at 828.252.6042.
